CHICAGO: A senior marketing and management student at University of Illinois Champaign Atina D’Souza has been elected as the President of the Indian Students Association for the academic year 2010-2011. Currently Atina is studying International Business for one semester at the University of Vienna, Austria.

The Indian Student Association at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign aims to increase South Asian cultural awareness, promote service and serve as a social aveneue for the campus community. ISA is not just for Indian or Indian-American students; it is open to all students who are interested in South Asian culture. They welcome all to join ISA in their cultural shows, philanthropy initiatives, and various social events.
