BollywoodLife recently conducted an item song poll with five top item songs for the readers to vote: Lovely from Happy New Year, Asalaam-e-Ishqum from Gunday, Baby Doll from Ragini MMS 2, Yaar Naa Miley from Kick and Dance Basanti from Ungli.
There was a stiff competition for the first place between Deepika and Priyanka’s item number. Deepika’s Lovely won with highest number of votes (37%), making it the most loved item song of the year. Priyanka’s Asalaam-e-Ishqum stood second with marginal difference receiving 36 percent votes. Once again Deepika’s fans have shown their loyalty over Priyanka’s fans.
The sexy siren Sunny Leone’s Baby Doll was also a hit song but ended up in third place receiving 15 percent votes, followed by Salman Khan and Nargis Fakhri’s Yaar Naa Miley with just 8%. Lastly, Emraan Hashmi and Shraddha Kapoor’s Dance Basanti was placed fifth with only 4 percent votes.
Hence, Deepika Padukone’s Lovely steals the show with her dazzling item number.
