BSC President Haribhai Patel observed that Narenbhai always helped seniors. He was one of the guests of honors at a program held by BSC on November 9.

Another BSC Senior member who passed away was Rameshbhai Padai. All seniors kept two minute silence in their memory and prayed for their soul resting in peace.

Ayurvedic Doctor Rajesh Varma then talked about ailments and offered his views on what to do and how to stay healthy from diseases like diabetes, asthma, kidney disorder, high blood pressure, gas, acidity, constipation, cold, cough etc. by using Ayurveda medications. He pitched for positive thoughts and recommended laughing at least 15 minute a day. “That will help you keep healthy and away from depression,” he said.
