CHICAGO: Bhartiya Senior Citizens of Chicago organized Gujarati Lok Dayro at Rana Regan Center in Carol Stream on August 3. More than 300 people and invited guests enjoyed Late Javerchand Megani written songs, Chhand, Doha for full four hours.
The performance was by Lok Gayak Jr. Bhikhudan Gadhavi, Sahitya Comedy Jokes by Sukhdev Dhameliya while Lok Gayika Asha Thakor presented folk songs like ‘Kalajkero Katko Maro & Viday geets. They are very emotional songs and all those attending the event really enjoyed each and every item presented.
President of BSC Haribhai Patel said that the program would not have been possible without help from BSC Executive members. The program was brought by Skyvision’s Alpesh Patel.
