‘Kubera Moolai’ or ‘The Corner of Wealth’:
The main cause of financial flash or crash creates from the South-West corner for a place, which is called as “Kubera Moolai” meaning ‘The Corner of Wealth’.
• The financial position crashes if there is any construction of water body/ swimming pool, sump or any structure which is below the Earth in the South-West corner of the house, shop, office or industry.
• Locate the safety locker at the South wall facing the North. The door of the locker should preferably open to the North, which is the direction of ‘Kubera’ (God of Wealth) as per Vastu.
• Do not place the locker in North-East corner as it would cause loss of wealth. South-East and North-West corner are also not preferred either as it can lead to unnecessary expenditure.
• Make sure that the safety locker is not placed under the beam as it causes extreme pressure on financial stability.
‘Eeshanya Moolai’ or ‘The Corner of God’
The North-East corner is other source causing prosperity and wealth to flourish. This corner is called “Eeshanya Moolai” meaning ‘The Corner of God’.
• For development and stability construct a swimming pool/water body, fountain in the North-East corner of the house and plot.
• There should not be a religious place, high rise buildings or mountains on the North-East side or straight ahead of the gate which may cause financial loss. If it’s shadow falls on the plot or house in the North or East direction, it reduces the vibrations.
• If there is considerably less open space in the North-East side of the building or heavy machinery etc. have been installed in the North-East portion of the plot it may bring losses.
• The head of the family should never occupy the North-East portion of the house.
• The North or East side compound wall of the building may never be constructed as ‘curved’.
• The slope of the floor of the building is favorable towards the North-East corner compared to the South-West corner.
The Vastu factors of your Plot:
• Keep in mind that the plot you have purchased or living now could have changed due to some external factors or changes in due course of developmental activities.
• The road in the front of the building should not be higher than the floor inside the building.
• If there is a damaged building exactly opposite to the gate or main door of the house, it is not auspicious.
• Tall and huge trees planted in the North-East side of the house blocking morning sunlight, imbalance financial stability.
• Tall and huge trees that are planted in the South-West side of the house, prevents from misfortunes and improves financial stability.
The House plan and Money Flow:
• The East portion of the house shall not be higher than the West portion of the house, considering both floor level and building level.
• Keep the central portion of the building open without any constructions and objects. This place is known as the ‘Brahmasthana’. If there is load here, life of the individuals living in the house may get affected negatively.
• The South-East zone represents the zone of Cash and Liquidity. A toilet or garbage on this zone can hamper the flow of cash and liquidity. It also leads to a lack of self-confidence and passion.
• The South-East zone should be free of water at this zone represents Fire or ‘Agni’ and Water diffuses Fire. Lighting a red bulb in this zone can strengthen it. but a red bulb outside the 22.5° zone can have negative impact.
• The North Zone represents the zone of new ideas, opportunities and flow of money. A restroom or garbage here can flush out new ideas and opportunities from your life.
• Avoid placing your locker in the South-South-West (SSW) zone.
• The West is the zone for gains. A disturbed West zone depletes your gains and you are not duly rewarded for your efforts.
• Keep the Storeroom in the house or office building in the South-West or West of the plot.
• Keep the doors and windows clean and sparkling, as dirty glass restricts the flow of money.
• Drainage pipes should preferably be fitted in the East or the North area of factories, offices or residences. Keep a perfect disposable system via drains in the house or working place.
• A Water Fountain at the North-East corner of the house or hall with gentle sound of the water flowing provides positive energy to the rooms and also increases the inflow of money.
• Fish aquariums kept in the North-East corner of the hall are very positive for wealth. The fishes are to be attractive. Choose some active and healthy fish and try to make sure that they are strong swimmers and active. Keep the water dirt free and aerated. The constant movement of fish will keep the energy of wealth on the move.
• If the entrance to your apartment lies at the end of a long corridor, the energy flowing towards it will be too fierce, increasing risk to your financial investments. Its effect can be diluted by keeping a plant halfway down the corridor.
• Make your front door distinctive or attract wealth within. Color it different from the neighboring walls.
• Place decorative boulders or curved pathways or pebbles around your building. This will increase the movement of financial energy in a business that is suffering from setbacks.
• If your expenses are spiraling beyond control, keep live plants or grains in the restroom. It will prevent the money from going down the drain, because, symbolically, growing things reabsorb water energy and recycle it.
• Keep a mirror to reflect your cash box or locker. It, symbolically, doubles your wealth and opportunities.
• Keep a birdbath/bird house or feeder in the yard to attract wild life, as it augments the amount of energy around your home. Birdbaths and bird feeders can be of great help in cleaning up your finances and drawing prosperity from all directions.
• Purple is the color, which represents wealth. Keeping a purple-colored plant in the South-East corner would be beneficial. Else, a money plant could be grown in a purple colored pot and placed in the South-East corner of the office or drawing room of the house.
