CHICAGO IL: ‘Pyar Ishq Mahobbat Forever’ Valentine’s Day party organized by Pratibha’s Bollywood Sargam and sponsored by Noor Tejani of Midwest Silver Club on Saturday, February 14 at Ashyana Banquets in Downers Grove, turned out to be a success inclement weather notwithstanding.
With red and pink heart-shaped balloons at the entrance of the banquet hall, over 300 guests gathered for a vibrant Valentine Day celebration.
The program was emceed by Pratibha Jairath. Hitesh Master also enthralled audience with some new numbers.
After a bit of interaction with the audience, Ms Jairath started the musical evening with popular romantic and melodious numbers that brought everyone to the dance floor filled up in no time with their partners.
She was then joined by Raju Bankapur, who started with ‘Chand Sifarish’ and continued to rock the party with nonstop dance medleys.
Jairath and Bankapur entertained the audience with Shero Shayri, jokes and presented a few duets and solos with Valentine theme such as ‘Chali Chali Ishq di hawa chali’ and ‘Mausam hai Ashikana’.
After sumptuous dinner, the Belly dancers took over the stage to entertain the audience. They danced on a few Bollywood numbers like ‘Baby Doll tu Sone di’ and that dance fusion was awesome. The singing and dancing continued till midnight
