CHICAGO: Gujarati Samaj Chicago celebrated their Navratri Garba and Raas festivity at Manav Seva Mandir in Bensenville on October 5. More than 600 people enjoyed Navrati Garba performed by Mayuri Patel and her group.
A good number of members and patrons including Suryakant and Urvasi Patel, Dr. Manish & Reema Pandya, Jayesh & Harshida Parikh, Bhavesh & Monal Shah, Kamlesh & Sandhya Shah played a significant role in the success of this event. Mayuri and her group sang Garba, Sanedo, Hitch during the celebration.
President of GSC Dr. Manish Pandya announced that the Diwali Dinner will be held on November 3. He invited all participants to join this event. There will be Lahani distributed from the Samaj to its members on this occasion.
