Anushka Sharma, who is all set to shine on the big screen in Imtiaz Ali’s next, was recently asked who she considers as her favorite co-star. The actress, who made her debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in 2008, revealed that her first co-star holds that distinction. That they share a great on-screen and off-screen camaraderie is no secret.
In an interview with Filmfare, the ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ actress spoke about how Shah Rukh has inspired her.
She said, “Shah Rukh Khan is my favorite co-star. He matches my philosophy. He can talk on any subject because he’s so well-read. And that’s not a quality I’ve found in many of my other co-stars. SRK and I have a lot of discussions. I find his company interesting. His energy and enthusiasm is worth experiencing. It inspires everyone around. We’ve just wrapped up Imtiaz’s film. It’s a fun film. There was a lot of madness during its making.”
