CHICAGO: Over 900 members and guests came to enjoy this year’s first Gujarati comedy drama ‘Vevan No.1 at Itasca Swaminaryan Temple in Itasaca on Friday March 16 that was hosted by Bhartiya Senior Citizens of Chicago, a no profit body of seniors in Chicago.
The program started with Ganesh Vandana sang by BSC Secretary Rakshika Anjaria. After that Deep Pragatya ceremony was performed by program sponsors Tushar Mehta, Nimesh Jani (Trustee of Schaumburg Township) Suryakant Patel and Ankit Patel
This was followed by a three-hour Gujarati comedy drama performed by Feiroz Bhagat , Apara Mehta and their team. The drama was based on the true story of Feiroz Bhagat’s family friends. During the interval, the BSC Secretary introduced all BSC Committee members on the stage.
