IACS organizing corporate leadership conference

CHICAGO: Indo American Community Services (IACS), a Chicago-based not-for-profit national organization, will host an IACS Leadership and Professional Conference/Networking on Saturday March 14 at 6 PM at Schaumburg Marriott, in Schaumburg, a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Sreenivas Katragadda, President of IACS, explained that this event is designed to inspire, engage and support future Indian American corporate leaders. The event also provides great opportunity for professionals to network with other corporate executives and leadership teams from corporations. This is an annual leadership conference that IACS organizes calling various Indian American industry executives.

This year some of the executives that are on the leadership panel include Soma Somasundaram, CEO and President of Dover Energy, Mark Hector, Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer of Motorola Solutions, Rajan Nagarajan, Vice President Strategic Business Process Transformation of Kraft Foods and Socka Suppiah, Co-Founder and COO of Saggezza. Moderating the panel is Sundaram Nagarajan, Executive Vice President of ITW.

The panel will be focusing on what it means to be a leader by highlighting the intangible skills and qualities required. They will also discuss how important it is to always have a global mindset. Some of these panel discussion topics are ubiquitous throughout the professional business world and stimulate personal growth and development for young and experienced attendees alike.
