CHICAGO: The much awaited Grand Opening of Bombay Chopsticks by India House took place November 18. This contemporary Indian Chinese restaurant kicked off its celebration with the Hoffman Estates Village Mayor William D McLeod cutting the ribbon alongside the restaurant partners Jagmohan Jayara, Ravi Rawat, Praveen Dedania, Mike Kalaria, Larry Detroja and Gautam Parikh.
This exquisitely designed restaurant came to life by an up and coming Designer Jennifer D’Costa of JR Designs. The restaurant is themed around Buddha.

Alex Johnson and Mitesh Patel, owners of Level Construction Company and their project manager Max Lagowski did a phenomenal job in building Bombay Chopsticks as a masterpiece.

Bombay Chopsticks is a link between Indian Chinese contemporary cuisine to cater the need of the young generation, family gatherings and business meetings.

Executive Chef CS Rawat is a well known name in the field of Indian Chinese Cuisine having 30 years experience. He has joined India House team to bring out his most favorite delicacies to Chicagoans. According to him, Indian Chinese food is light and healthy. He has created low calorie section, kids menu and will be introducing Jain and Swaminarayan menus shortly.

Dinesh Gandhi, Kalpesh Joshi, Babu Patel, Mafat Patel, Chandresh Brahmbhatt, Arun Sobti, Dr Dhiren Mistri, Vinod Parikh, Happy Singh, Mickey Singh, Santokh Singh, Amrish Mahajan and about 400 guests were present at the Grand Opening.

Bombay Chopsticks is conveniently situated two miles west of Woodfield mall on 721 West Golf Road.
