Jet Airways presentation on Goa Tourism

CHICAGO: Goa, the western Indian beach city has attracted tourists from across the world for years and it remains an important tourist destination besides Agra, known for Taj Mahal.
Year-round foreign tourists keep flocking to Goa for the attractive beaches, sunny retreats and the hotel industry hospitality. Known as the most tranquilizing beach resort, Goa has now acquired the status of global holiday destination.
Jet Airways, one of the highly patronized airlines among US travelers to India from New York, hosted a presentation on Goa Tourism to leading consolidators in Midwest, Chicago. The event was organized by Jet Airways New York and Chicago offices together with the Department of Tourism, Government of Goa. Swapnil Naik, Director Department of Goa Tourism, made a video presentation for the invited travel agents.
The presentation vividly showcased the scenic beauty of Goa beaches and other attractions for the world tourists.
The theme of presentation, “Beaches, Sun and Fun” covered all the attractions for the tourist community. Popularly known as the “Pearl of the Orient” or “Tourist Paradise”, Goa has a lot to attract tourists.

The world class star hotel hospitality, casino, the architectural wonders, the ancient churches and the temples, the shopping carnivals, the scenic waterfalls and the wonders of “wildlife”, Goa is the right choice for tourists seeking a wonderful holiday destination.
The seminar also highlighted the facilities extended by the Government of Goa, Department of Tourism for the incoming tourist. An exclusive website www.goatourism.gov.in has more information for the tourists. After concluding the presentation, Swapnil Naik answered questions by travel agents.
Sami Khaja, local Sales Manager Jet Airways earlier welcomed the travel agents and other guests for the event.
David Rozario, Vice President – Sales, Jet Airways introduced Swapnil Naik, the Director of Department of Tourism. The owners and CEOs of Jet Airways leading Midwest consolidators were invited for the event.
Umesh Patel from Sky Bird Travel, Birju Bhagat from Krisbi, Waqas from Adam Travel, Abbass from Millrun tours, Prince from Imperial Travel, Siddiqui from Evia Travel, Deepak Shah from Natraj Travel, Asghar from Aero Travel and many other senior travel agents were among the invited guests. Jude Crasto, Manager Air India Chicago also joined the event.
