CHICAGO: Bhartiya Senior Citizens of Chicago organized a new diet system health camp from July 13 to July 17 at Rana Regan Community Center in Carol Stream, a northwest suburb of Chicago.

Close to 70 people participated in this health camp. Balubhai Chauhan from Amreli, Gujarat, is the promoter of the new diet system that works miraculously in addressing ailments. With the experience gained thru experimenting on himself for a very long time, he started promoting the new diet system with the help of family, friends, relatives, sages and well-wishers.

He explained on the first day that gradually weight will decrease by following his new diet formula. All old diseases will begin to come out slowly. It will directly or indirectly have an effect on the body. As a result, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, cracks in ankle, skin itching, thick urine (with stink), abdomen pain, giddiness etc. may start receding.

“Do not be afraid of anything. Filthy things will come out of the body and the body is becoming clean and pure. Be happy about it. If needed take advice of experienced person who has adopted this new diet system,” he observed

Chauhan told participants that without medicine, without money one can rid of incurable diseases following his methods. For example, people suffering from acidity, constipation, back pain, headache, blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, thyroid, allergy, cancer, cholesterol, heavy weight find themselves improving and ultimately cured.

He gave detailed information about understanding of the new diet system as follow:
Morning: Fasting for 6 hours; No tea-snacks or water (below 25 years 4 hours fasting)
Afternoon: Eat raw food like vegetables, fruits, leaves and water. Drink water as needed till night according to one’s need.

Evening: If possible nothing for 4 hours. If needed light snack at 4 pm (Raw food preferable) fruits, juice etc in small amount.

Night: Cooked food like chapatti, dal-rice, Kari, vegetables, butter milk, salad, papad. For better results, avoid tea, milk and dairy products.

In six days some participants feel their BP, sugar, pain, weight getting lower.
