Chicago: The former House speaker, Dennis Hastert, has been accused for sexual harassment by man from Illinois. According to the man, Dennis had assaulted him in a bathroom stall when he was a fourth grader. This is known to be the 5th such allegation against Dennis, landing him in a new lawsuit.

The case has been filed in a suburban court, located in Chicago, under a false name, Richard Doe. It accuses Dennis of abusing him when he stopped during a bicycle ride to use the washroom, in the year of 1970 in Yorkville.

The suit says clearly that Doe “was traumatized, repressed the sexual assault by Hastert, and was intimidated into silence”. Also, Dennis and Attorney Dallas Ingemunson cautioned him not to make the incident public. -AP
