New multi ethnic (desi) shopping center in 'heart of Bay'

HAYWARD, CA: The Village Shopping Center is located in the city of Hayward "Heart of the Bay". The new redeveloped area will be a unique retail center concentrating on bringing the diversity of taste and style together in one shopping arena with spaces from 1000 sq ft to 4000 sq ft.

The focus of this project is a casual dining and shopping center that captures the complete experience of multi-ethnicity.

The center will offer a satisfying atmosphere of shopping, dining, cafés, Tea & Coffee house along with Chat corner, Kabob house and Thai cuisine for the spice lovers and Pizza.

The current tenants in the center are Sudagar Grocery Store (month to month lease), Curry Corner and Sagar Boutique (month to month lease). New leases have been signed for Fiji Sweets and Snack, Blaze Hookah Lounge, Suroor Restaurant for 8600 sq feet, a fine upscale large seating capacity restaurant and banquette hall, beauty plus hair and nail salon.

This center will cater to all the moods of the ever-growing diverse community in cities of Hayward, Castro Valley, Fremont and Union City along with surrounding areas.
The center is centrally located at the intersection of Sorenson Rd and Mission Blvd across from Walgreens/Bank of America and Food Source in the city of Hayward. It is about two blocks from Cal State Hayward and a block from Mission High School. Within two miles of the center many new residential developments have been recently completed and sold.
