HOUSTON: Carving out a name and place for itself in the Indian travel industry over the past three decades, Riya Travel & Tours is now set to do one better in this country with a steady expansion of its services and base of operations as well.
It launched its Houston Branch on August 15, the day India gained its independence from British rule. This is its fifth branch, the other four being at Irving TX, Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey. The Houston launch event was attended by top airline representatives, well-wishers and guests.
The airliners which attended the event included Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Etihad to name a few. Besides, the occasion was graced with the presence of top business executives, professionals and dignitaries from the local community. Representatives of the print and mass media were also present.
