CHICAGO: With over three decades of experience under the belt, Riya Travel and Tours is now set for further expansion of its operations not only in India but abroad as well.
Benson Samuel, Vice President of the group looking after US operations of the company with its presence in Dallas, Philadelphia and New York, said it would soon be going to Toronto and then to others cities like Chicago in Midwest.
In a talk to India Post, he said that the company had its New York office launched recently close on heels of its branching out to Philadelphia after coming for the first time in US with a presence in Dallas. He said that the Riya group wants to cater to growing Indo-US travel business in a very professional manner. It has already 40 plus offices in as many cite in India and has presence in Saudi Arabia too. It has conducted a good number of Tours to and from India and US besides taking group of travelers to Europe as well.
It is not only Tours that Riya is focusing on. It has catered and is taking care of a large number of travelers individually also. It is a wholesaler and has tie up with major airlines, and “with over 1000 professionals to assist the traveling public it offers expert guidance and attention to detail giving you optimum value for their money.
Samuel feels that the global economic conditions have not made any dent in their operations as the increasing traffic to and from India coupled with “the service with smile” approach of Riya staff has more than offset any loss that many would feel or have felt. “In fact, we are looking forward to a further expansion of our activities in coming years and we are gearing ourselves to meet this challenge,” he said.
