Packed work schedule and round the clock work commitments has taken a toll on ‘Student of the year’ actress Alia Bhatt. Alia Bhatt after months long schedule of ‘Shandaar’ returned to Mumbai and on landing the actress straightway headed to her home and was confined to bed. Due to extreme cold in the UK and Poland, Alia developed high fever.
As her condition deteriorated, Alia was prescribed multiple tests. The reports concluded that the ‘Highway’ actress contracted appendicitis and was down with severe stomach ache.
Worried father Mahesh Bhatt informed, “Alia is feeling better. There is no cause for worry. All tests are clear. It was just fever and hyper acidity. Appendicitis has been ruled out.”
A source close to the film revealed, “Alia was unwell for the past week, but she continued to shoot. Now that the schedule has ended, she can get some rest.”
Alia has just wrapped up ‘Shandaar’ with Shahid Kapoor.
