Noting that India has become the third largest source market for visitors’ arrival in Singapore, he said the board expected another good year as Indian travelers were showing keen interest to visit his country.
Similarly, India also continued to be the top source market for visitor arrivals in the cruise segment with 1.27 lakh passengers sailing out of Singapore’s shores last year, a year-on-year growth of 25 per cent from 2016, he said. Srithar was here as part of a road show to showcase Singapore with a theme “With passion, forging new Possibilities”.
