ST LOUIS: Hindu Temple of St Louis has slated a huge silver celebration by organizing a Fundraiser on a grand scale at Marriott West in St Louis on September 13.
The Hindu Temple focus is now more on providing spiritual education for future generations. The proposed multi-purpose community center would contain 13 class rooms, yoga and meditation halls, meeting rooms, dining hall, 247 additional parking spaces and widening of temple entrance.
“The participation and generous support of our whole community is critical in building the proposed multipurpose community center. We seek support from all members of our community and urge them to attend the event. You will not be obligated to donate by attending the event,” said Ashwin Patel, a spokesman.
The management will take the opportunity to detail the event and provide update on the proposed plan of community center and how it is important for growing numbers of Indians settled in St Louis, he said.
