The grapevine suggests that the director of Dabangg and Besharam, Abhinav Kashyap is in a relationship with model-actress Simran Kaur Suri for the last six months.
Besides being seen in ads for a mobile phone brand, Simran has also acted in the television show Sinhasan Battisi.
Turns out, the director met her family when he visited Delhi in November, following which Simran posted a picture of them together on her social networking profile. When one of her friends commented on the picture, Simran wrote, “Oye couple mein bhi ghussegi??”— suggesting that the two are a couple.
According to a source, they met at a party hosted by a common friend last year and grew close. The rumored couple, who stay in the same neighborhood, has been spotted together in and around Andheri. They were spotted watching Dumb And Dumber To at a multiplex in November.
Apparently, Abhinav, who is currently married to writer Chatura Rao, has told his close friends that Simran and he are “more than good friends.”
