SAN FRANCISCO, CA: WomenNow, America’s first locally produced South Asian talk show, has been recognized as a Finalist in CreaTV’s Creative Awards in the CreaTV Series Producer category.
“The show is about inspiring the community, connecting people and learning from each other and we’re very proud to be chosen as a finalist,” says Ena Sarkar, co-founder/ producer. “As a community, we’ve reached critical mass and it’s time to showcase it!”

The CreaTV Creative Awards will be held at the San Jose Repertory Theatre on January 8, 2011 from 6:00-9:30pm with CreaTV San Jose members, MC Brian Adams, Steve Wozniak, and VIP presenters- a premiere celebration honoring the talents of producers in the Bay Area.
