CHICAGO: The Indo-American Center (IAC) is hosting yoga classes taught by Meera Sanghani each Saturday until June 9 from 10 to 11 am.
Meera is an accomplished yoga teacher with 18 years of teaching experience. She cherishes her Indian heritage and enjoys sharing the countless benefits of practicing yoga with her students.
Classes are being held at IAC, located at 6328 N. California Ave. Chicago. Cost is $10/class and $5 for seniors, children (age 12 and above) and college students (with ID). Since IAC is a nonprofit, the classes are discounted.
The class will not be held on Saturday, May 26, Memorial Day weekend.
