There are uncountable frequent flyers who have found a second home in India and have shared their experience with Air India on many social media platforms. Swayed by its amenities and assistance, these travelers are all praise for the airline.

Ben Schlappig, an obsessive traveler, recently travelled in First Class with the help of his airline miles and credit card points and shared his experience through his blog ‘One Mile at a Time’. According to him, “The Airhostess had one of those smiles which warm your heart, and such a soft presence and positive attitude. Air India’s first class amenity was adorable with Maharaja Print on it” he added.

Schlappig emphasized the fact that the Air India crew was kind and genuine, making him feel like a guest in their home. Apart from that, the blogger pointed out the fact that he felt safe during his flight and was awed by the ground experience at the Delhi airport.

Another impressed traveler is Snowy W. from California who went for a SFO-DEL-SFO round trip this year. Although she has experienced five international airlines, she was quite happy with her travelling experience with Air India. In her review at Yelp, she mentioned that the travel time was quicker because of no lay-overs and the arrival times at the destinations (Delhi and San Francisco) were really convenient. The seat width and pitch were too, better than any other multiple carriers that she had been on.
Residing in Sunnyvale, Krish M. recently made a round trip to Delhi from San Francisco with Air India, experiencing both, coach and business class. Travelling to India about twice a year, he found its services and hospitality far better than the Emirates, European and US carriers. He also pointed out that the economy seats were comfortable, calling it the best seat pitch. In his review, he said, “I was in the aisle in a full flight and was OK. Business: The Seat becomes a bed and I slept about 13 of the 15 hours inbound.

Overall: I found AI to be good and I will fly it to save time. After landing in Delhi, I was on the street within 30 minutes.”

Prahlada Varadan, another resident from California, travelled the Air India flight from San Francisco to Delhi twice and found it better than any other airlines, whether we talk about speed, timings or absence of transits. Also, he was more than glad to reach his destination at a sane hour.
