The ‘Ishaqzaade’ actor Arjun Kapoor reveals his love story with Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan. Lots might have been said and written about his love relationship with Alia Bhatt but he confessed that his “first and only serious relationship so far” was with Arpita Khan, Salman’s little sister. He said that he dated Arpita when he was very young and it lasted for only two years.
Arjun said that he was 18 then and was scared and nervous about telling the star about the relationship, “I was scared of Salman bhai and went and told him and the entire family as I wanted them to know from me first. They were very kind about it. Salman was taken aback, but he respects people and relationships. In fact, he was partial in that relationship where he would always take my side.”
Even after breaking up with Arpita, Arjun and Salman Khan were in good relationship. “I would hang out with him. He was my friend, my father-figure, older brother, everything at that point. He was an older brother I never had and he made me realize how important it is to have an older brother.”
