CHICAGO: Over 200 members of Arya Samaj and other community members celebrated Diwali Mahotsav in West Chicago with grat devotion and fervor The event started with devotees participating in a Puja following which Arya Samaj women sang a Dipawali song.
Yoga presentation, bhajans sung by Nivedita, Madhav, Varanik and Swati were the other highlights. Arya Samaj’s Acharya Hari Prashadj spoke about the importance of Diwali festival.
Arya Samaj kids presented a play, “Last days of Swami Vivekanand”.
