CHICAGO: The Bhartiya Senior Citizens of Chicago (BSC) celebrated a new year eve on December 31st at Rana Regan Community Center in Carol Stream, a northside suburb of Chicago with more than 400 seniors enjoying new year eve program.
The program began at 7 pm with a delicious dinner featuring dishes like JalJira, Methi’sGotas, PavBhaji, Pulaw, Samosha-Chhat, Kathi Roll, Moong Dal Shiro, Papad, Gulab Jamun, Faluda with Ice Cream and Hot Coffee and Tea.
The BSC President Haribhai Patel welcomed all members and gave the new year wishes. The program was filled with fun cash baar, dance and music. There were a live entertainment Bollywood songs sang by Kosha Pandya and Parth Patel. Dimitra and Azeema belly dancers also performed for about two hours. They danced with digital lighting with different costumes.
This time BSC added photo booth through BSC Team member Jayanti Oza. The BSC executive members decorated the hall. Haribhai Patel opposed a vote of thanks and especially thanked sound system engineer Tariq.
