Shahid Kapoor knows how to strike a balance between his personal life and professional commitments and it reflects in the way he has designed his work calendar during his wife Mira Rajput’s final trimester. Shahid and Mira are expecting their second child after Misha, who was born in August 2016. Shahid Kapoor has two impressive projects (Batti Gul Meter Chalu and Arjun Reddy remake) up his sleeve and he has delegated time to both projects in a way that also gives him ample time with his family.
Shahid completed the outdoor schedule for Batti Gul Meter Chalu in June and he has reportedly decided to stick to the film’s promotion only in Mumbai in August. As for Arjun Reddy, Shahid will complete one schedule of the film, which goes on floors this month. He will complete the first schedule of the film before the arrival of his second baby (in September). Co-producer Murad Khetani said: “I understand Shahid’s need to be with his family. He has been accommodating in terms of dates. He will film a schedule of Arjun Reddy before he takes time out.”
