FOG holds storytelling contest

FREMONT, California: Students aged 7-11 years participated in Story Telling Contest organized by FOG August 11 in Fremont.2 2

The students were asked to narrate a story and its moral. Judges and the audience had a good time listening to the tales from young children. The stories had a great variety.  While some children told mythological anecdotes of Sudama and Krishna, others narrated the fictional funny ones of a grandfather eating too many beans and chocolate caramel cars.1 3

Some of the students carried props and were even dressed up in the character. The first prize was won by Ishanvi Verma, the second prize by Kavish Shah while the third prize was tied between Ariv Sahoo and Ashvi Verma.
