ST LOUIS: Ganesh Chathurthi was celebrated in Hindu Temple of St. Louis on September 19 with devotion and fanfare.
Two poojas were scheduled in the evening to accommodate all the devotees. Samuhika pooja was performed by a number of families on this auspicious day.
More than 500 devotees attended the pooja. Security and surplus parking was arranged to accommodate the devotees. Annadanam was served at the end of the pooja.
Navarathri celebration starts from October15. Arrangements to celebrate this festival are in progress.
