CHICAGO: After the huge success of International Indian Icon – 3iii 2017 Season-I and 3iii 2018 Season-II by Gee Vision Inc. and Zee TV, the 3iii 2019 Season-III has been launched in March 2019 for which the world-wide audition registration got open on www.3iii.us.
Gee Vision and Zee TV also announced the start of 3iii 2018 Season-II episodes on Zee from April 13, 2019.
Conceding to huge demand from the public as also of parents, 3iii 2019 Season-III will be conducted in two parallel competition categories i.e., 3iii junior (up to 16 years of age) and 3iii (above 16 years).
Participants for International Indian Icon – 3iii 2019 Season-III will be selected for each talent category within each competition category i.e., 3iii Jr and 3iii.
While the first season of 3iii was open to talent across the US and Canada in either of the three performance categories – singing, dancing and instruments (solo, duets or groups) – the second season included all countries of North America, the Caribbean and Europe in seven categories – singing, dancing, Instruments, acting, pageant, comedy and I Got Talent (any talent).
Now, Season-III has added Australia, New Zealand and South Africa to the list of countries while talent categories remain same with only difference that categories Instruments, Acting, Fashion, Comedy, My Talent have been made sub-categories under the main category of “I Got Talent”.
Depending on the number of registrations under each sub-category, the sub-category may become a main category like singing, dancing and I Got Talent.
3iii Season-III participants (3ions) will be evaluated by two teams of judges – Gee Panel of Judges comprising celebrity judges and 3iii International Jury which is a group of highly qualified professionals, experts and mentors from the field of performing arts from across the globe.
Some participants at Level 1 and Level 3 (both online) will be moved to Level 3 and Level 4 based on popularity (voting) otherwise all participants not getting sufficient votes will be evaluated by Gee Panel of Judges and 3iii International Jury to move to the next level. Winners, first and second runner-ups at each level of each category and sub-category will only be decided on the basis of judgment of Gee groups of judges.
The entire 3iii competition of five levels is online and onsite with onsite competition of state and country icons of respective categories while the Grand Finale will be held in the US towards the year end.
3iii has been taking over the world with its unique concept of first of its kind on any talent platform giving Indians overseas a much-needed platform to showcase their talent.
The 127 Season-II participants from around the Globe gathered in Chicago for five days in November last year for production of 3iii 2018 Season-II Zee TV episodes.
For 3iii 2019 Season-III, Gee Vision is targeting to bring 200 participants to the US from all across the world for episode/web series production for seven days during the Thanksgiving week of 2019. This will be the biggest event of its kind where the huge Indian talent from across the globe will be gathering for the first time outside India.

The beauty of the concept lies in no restrictions at all. Anyone can participate from any part of the world. There is no age restriction, no gender restrictions, ,o language, boundary or any format restriction.
Any Indian can sing in any language, can dance on any dance format, can play any instrument or can perform any type of talent.
Any non-Indian who can sing in any Indian language, can dance on any Indian dance format, can play any Indian instrument, is married to an Indian spouse or has any type of relationship with India is eligible to take part in 3iii competition. Anyone who likes Indian singing, dance or any instrument and has a valid ID of the country he or she is living in can participate in 3iii competition.
