CHICAGO: It was really an excellent day for Chicagoans to see that one of its own local organizations – Gee Vision Inc. – could successfully wade through the past few years and have its show INTERNATIONAL INDIAN ICON – 3iii 2019 Season-III organized here for three days 3 Days from December 26 to 28 and have it culminated with a Grand Finale on December 29, 2019, at Waterford Banquets Hall in Elmhurst, a Chicago suburb.
The event was graced not only by a large number of Chicagoan’s but also from admirers and participants from across the USA and worldwide in the presence of Bollywood legendary music director Jatin Pandit. The event also was attended by Dr Davinder Sandhu from Modesto, California, who came as the Chief Guest, many distinguished guests lus200+ participants from all over the world.
After multiple rounds of competitions in different categories, the grand-finale on December 29 saw Vaisakh Nair awarded the trophy for INTERNATIONAL INDIAN ICON – 3iii 2019 Season-III as winner in singing (Sr.) category. Winners among other categories were: Sripriya Srinivas in Singing Junior, Ashna Cheemakurthy in Dancing Senior, Advaith Sujay in Dancing Junior, Tanya Gupta in Fashion Senior, Suhani Manosh in Fashion Junior; Benjamin Kurian picked up title in IGT (India Got Talent) junior category for instruments and Rakshita Ravi from Montreal, Canada became the winner of IGT Senior for her excellent painting skill.
3iii 2019 Season-III Grand-finale in Waterford, Elmhurst was 3rd 3iii Grand-finale in Chicago and like previous two was a huge success and was attended by various dignitaries like Mayor Amar Preet S. Dhaliwal from California, Oakbrook Mayor Dr., LalGopalMalani, Mayor Mickey Straub, Illinois State Senator Ram Villivalam, Zeebra CIO Deepak Kaul and more than 950 guests. Gee Vision Inc.
CEO Sharan Walia opened the show by welcoming Grand-master Jatin-Pandit, chief guest Dr Davinder Sandhu, 3iii advisory board members Brij Sharma, Yogi Bharadwaj, Krishna Bansal and Gladson Varghese and all distinguished guests for lamp lighting which was followed by American and Indian Anthem by 3iii participants. The atmosphere was stunning when all 200+ participants sang both anthems in one voice. At the same time, all were standing for American and Indian countries’ flags.
3iii 2019 Production was kicked-off on December 25 by organizing a small Christmas get-together to welcome the participants with a brief overview by NareshShastri (Chief Architect Officer (CAO)) on entire 4 days program from Dec 26 to 29 2019. Grand-finale held on Dec 29, 2019, followed by a question-answer session to clear all participants and parents queries.
3iii 2019 Season-III 4 days production program was professionally planned by Gee Vision Inc. with JATIN PANDIT as Grand-master, Poonam – Priyanka Shah (Dancing Duo) Social media stars (Contestants of Season-9 Jhalak Dikhla Ja & India’s Dancing with Stars. They generated more than 60 million views on their two YouTube videos. 3iii judges were supported by 3iii 2019 International jury.
Jatin Pandit as 3iii Grand-master and other judges evaluated and commented on each and every performance very carefully to pick finalists and Country Icons. 3iii is envisioned as the world’s 1st online/on-site a grand Indian reality show narrative over five seasons culminating at the end of the 5th season. The unique positioning of 3iii has proved to be the main focus of its success: no other platform in India or in the ex-pat community has been designed to showcase talents amongst all forms of talent on a single stage.
While 1st season of 3iii was open to talent across the United States of America and Canada in either of the three performance categories –Singing, Dance and Instruments (Solo, Duets or Groups), 2nd season added Caribbean and Europe and 3rd season added Australia, New Zealand and South Africa for 7 categories competition i.e., Singing, Dancing, Instruments, Acting, Pageant, Comedy and I Got Talent (Any talent).
Gee Vision Inc. is planning 3iii 2020 Season-IV in 6 regions (North America, UK, Europe, Australia, South Africa and the Middle East) along with 10 states of USA and 3 provinces of Canada.
