Corona Virus, nCoV19, known as the Chinese Virus originated from China’s outbreak in December 2019, spread globally, and amongst all US is the worst affected nation. Unless a vaccine is produced soon, the whole world will suffer heavily in terms of losing lives and the economy.

The Indian Government is trying hard to save the nation from the pandemic of Coronavirus. Lockdown has been prompted for the entire Nation from March 25 until May 17, 2020, with possible extensions. Day by day the number of virus affected cases and deaths is increasing. As a high densely populated nation, India due to nCoV19 could suffer and face huge loss of lives, if pro-active steps were not initiated by the Government. Most of the States have been cooperating with the Center, their instructions and guidelines, except West Bengal.

Even if one organ of the body suffers, then the whole body suffers leading to catastrophe eventually, if not treated properly in a timely manner. West Bengal is such an organ and badly affecting India. Constantly the political establishments of the state have been a disaster for the State and Country. Federalism must not be allowed for them to play against the interest of the public at large of the state and the nation.

Most of the troublemakers are the illegal invaders from Bangladesh (i.e. East Pakistan) origins, consisting of nearly half of the state population. The fate of the State and the Nation must not be decided and dictated by such illegal outsiders and invaders. This is a state, which is most densely populated in India. The most of Central aid to the State is grabbed by these illegal outsiders, depriving the true native people of the state. This has been continuing for decades.

People and families claimed that persons who died due to nCoV19 are secretly cremated without the knowledge of the family just to suppress the fact. As per demography, population and other parameters are concerned, nCoV19 cases should be much higher than numbers officially reported and shown on the record by the State Government. Either maximum possible tests are not done and identified properly or, deliberately suppressed number of cases posing very big threats to this state as well as the Nation

The breaking of lockdown is mostly observed in West Bengal where illegal invaders and the migrant population is high. Additionally, the State Government is relaxing things one after another, instead of taking tough measures on lockdown. With regard to people attended and infected Nizamuddin in Delhi and returned to West Bengal, there is no clear publicity and action, and people are completely kept in dark.

Inter-ministerial team (IMCT) of the Federal Govt. of India is touring the State but they are not being cooperated with. It is the only state in India that is making a ruckus with the Center and goes against the interest of the State and Nation.

Since West Bengal is the biggest disaster state in all fronts, so for that Government of India, it is necessary to apply Article 355 urgently by immediate action, invoking the Disaster Management Act and beyond. Otherwise, it will be too late to handle the situation and India will have to pay the biggest price as this State is loaded with a huge number of illegal people. Indian Government ought to give serious thought and “RE-LOOK” on CAA (Citizenship Amendment Act 2019) to weed out illegal outsiders and invaders for the interest of the nation and security of the public at large.
