ATLANTA, GA: Prince Organization owner, developer and operator of Hilton, Marriott, Holiday inn and other top hotel franchised brands in the world, has taken it upon itself to partner with the Trump administration by committing to the White House Equal Pay Pledge.

Prince Organization is highly supportive of women in high-ranking leadership roles where many women have worked their way up through the ranks from GMs and managers all-the-way to C-level executives and department heads in its national organization. “If the Declaration of Independence were being written today in America, equal pay would be enumerated with life, liberty and pursuit of happiness as inalienable rights” CEO Mr Sunil Tolani wrote.

Prince Hotels plans to seat more women on its corporate board as they are family first with the traits of being compassionate, nurturing, collaborative are highly valued. Women are a kind of a rock, the pillar, the foundation and Prince organization holds a volunteer and internship program where everyone is encouraged to participate in local charitable work where a lot of young women get to meet their staff, get to meet CEO Sunny personally and they train them making sure they are attracting women from undergrad and graduate schools and try to teach young women to shine with their ideas, confidence, talents and charisma.

The organization is at the forefront for hiring and promoting women in higher levels of management and having a vast diversity in the decision-making group helping women with mentoring and other leadership programs as women continue to be significantly represented in the most senior leadership positions in their organization. Mr Tolani wrote “I’ve been very successful in Hospitality career and I want young women to be heard and I want them to know that they matter. Because we do and I also want them to know that if you put your mind to it – no matter who you are – talent and hard work are what actually gets results.”

“As defined by our values, we have a long history of supporting and empowering women at every level of our organization,” said Deborah Clark, a senior manager. “We’re proud to commit publicly to the work we have been doing all along. In doing so, we continue to deliver on our promise of a great environment, great careers and great rewards for all of our team members. Women are the backbone of our organization”

It’s a lovely book. It feels energetically clear and light. It’s easy to read, dip in and out and most importantly it offers information without fluff! Blessings on this project.
