After belting out musical hits for previous films, the actress is now learning to play a guitar for Mohit Suri’s upcoming romance-drama. After crooning ‘Galliyan’ in Ek Villain, ‘Do Jahaan’ in Haider, ‘Bezubaan Phir Se’ in ABCD 2 and ‘Sab Tera’ in Baaghi, Shraddha Kapoor is set to add to her musical repertoire.
After recording half a dozen songs for her upcoming musical-drama Rock On 2 alongside Farhan Akhtar, the actress has got herself a guitar tutor for Mohit Suri’s upcoming romance-drama, Half Girlfriend, also featuring Arjun Kapoor, which has just kicked off in Delhi and moves to New York next month.
The film is an adaptation of a Chetan Bhagat best-seller and both the actors have been learning basketball. But along with training in the sport, Shraddha is also pulling some strings.
“I love music and musical instruments fascinate me.The guitar isn’t a big part of the film but I had to learn the chords of the songs I would be playing,” adds the 26-year-old-actress.
