Abhishek Kapoor and Farhan have buried their differences and have joined hands for the sequel of 2008 movie ‘Rock On’. ‘Rock On’ was directed by Abhishek Kapoor with Farhan Akhtar in the lead role. The movie marked the acting debut for Farhan.
Abhishek Kapoor has finalized the script for sequel of ‘Rock On’. And like the first part, in this movie also, Farhan will sing a couple of songs. Abhishek has convinced him to sing for the movie.
Farhan and Abhishek were good friends. Their friendship went off track after Farhan opted out from the ambitious project of Abhishek. It was ‘Kai Po Che’ and Abhishek wanted to cast his multi talented friend in the character of Ishaan. When Farhan dropped this movie, Abhishek cast Sushant Singh Rajput. Farhan later even avoided the premiere of this movie which was attended by who’s who from Bollywood.
Farhan then wanted to bury the differences. He made an attempt by congratulating the team of ‘Kai Po Che’ on Twitter. He also attended the success party of this movie which was thrown a few days after the release of the movie. At the party, both Farhan and Abhishek were seen talking to each other for long.
