Wellness Post Conclave and Expo from June 7 to 9

Wellness Post

Around the world, there is growing interest in changing the way we take care of ourselves, not just our bodies, but also our minds, spirit, society and planet. There is a growing impetus for a paradigm shift, a switch from mere reactivity – trying to treat or our problems to a proactive and holistic approach to addressing and preventing the root causes of our personal and societal ills.

Our goal is for the Silicon Valley to live well and be well. This Expo is a good first step in assessing our own health and wellness and seeking new means of improving both for a long, healthy and happy life. Good health pertains not just to keeping the body fit and free from disease; rather, it encompasses nourishing the mind and soul along with the body. On a broader level, it involves a healthy environment – clean air, water, soil and the preservation of biodiversity. A healthy planet translates into healthy lives for its inhabitants.

Being part of something greater, having a spiritual way of life, all contribute to the well-being of both the individual and society at large. In 2019, we aim to make this Conclave even bigger, one that encompasses more healing modalities. We aim to bring together the best minds in the holistic health space, and inform people about the various systems of healing that have been practised over the centuries in various parts of the world.Wellness-logo_FINAL-2019
